Associate responsibilities: Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify key aspects, plan and execute analysis, direct junior consultants, work side by side with clients, manage small teams, and provide unique insight into chosen subject area.
Engagement Manager responsibilities: Lead your team through a problem‑solving process from hypothesis to solution, ensure recommendations are practical and cohesive, demonstrate thought leadership, command technical and operational execution, and build strong relationships.
