You’ll step into a growing OL/EL/PL team with a consistent flow of work, handling your own files from instruction through to settlement or trial. This isn’t about assisting or being drip-fed work, you’ll be trusted to manage claims end-to-end, make decisions, and keep things moving.

In the first few months, the priority is getting up to speed and taking ownership of your caseload.
