Position Overview
- Handle post-trade operations for physical crude and product cargoes
- Review contracts, nominate vessels, and coordinate lifting schedules
- Monitor loading/discharge and resolve operational issues in real time
- Prepare shipping documents, manage demurrage, and coordinate settlements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and sanctions requirements
What We're Looking For - 3–5 years in crude oil or oil trading operations
- Strong grasp of physical oil contracts, Incoterms, and shipping terms
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific crude markets and FOB/CIF/DES cargoes
- Exposure to refined products (gasoil, gasoline) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, risk-aware, and comfortable in a fast-moving desk environment
