We are looking for Recruitment Officer with experience in Oil & Gas recruitment in UAE/KSA regions, to be based in Abu Dhabi

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide resourcing expertise to hiring managers to enable Penspen to deliver its business plan. On a day to day basis you will source and attract high calibre candidates for both current and future roles and create and maintain excellent on‑going relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. You will support the business in resource planning to ensure we attract, select, develop and retain the best people, whilst ensuring quality and cost measurements are adopted.
