**Job Summary**

Ohmstede Industrial Services is a proven industry leader in turnaround and specialty maintenance services, management and execution. We are looking for a multi-tasker with good communication / organizational skills and a positive attitude. As the Cost Tracker you will be asked to keep track of time, both in Ohmstede’s systems and client’s system, submit payroll on a weekly basis (MJT – Mobil Job Time), submit funding of per diem (bi-weekly) and travel, create invoices for payment in Ohmstede’s accounting system (Vista), keep track of cost reports weekly for the project manager to review, write vendor purchase orders based on purchase requisitions recei...
