Elevate card operations at OFX as a Card Operations and Services Analyst. This role encompasses end-to-end management of card issues and fraud investigation to enhance customer experience.
In this dynamic position, you’ll support the Global Manager, Cards & Transaction Services, focusing on operational management and fraud prevention strategies. Your responsibility will include maintaining partner relationships and optimizing service delivery processes through effective collaboration and communication with global teams. You will also report on key service metrics to drive improvements.
