Shall advice prior to the commencement of the work familiarize itself with all relevant industry's health, safety and environment (HSE) legislation, regulations, guideline, code of practice and COMPANY's procedures.
Shall review and ensure readiness of all HSE related document such as HSE policy, plan and procedure, all risk assessment includes HER (Health Effect Register), CRA (Construction Risk Assessment), JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and etc.
