Position Overview
Offshore fund Onboarding Manager, Assistant Vice President you will be responsible for managing new offshore fund launch to meet client’s requirements and work with Boston head office and other operation hub sites for improvement of services closely. In addition, it will take responsibilities of BAU services after fund launches as a client service manager. Key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for offshore fund launces to meet client’s expectationsClosely work with Sales and Relationship management about obtaining new business with Sales and Relationship managementResponsible for client satisfaction for customer’s evaluation and feedbacks to keep/expand business after the fund launches.Responsible for client deliverables and service enhancement.
