Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store campaign programs such as promotions, bundling, and mini events in GT stores.
• Ensure campaign implementation runs properly across assigned areas and active stores
• Drive sell out performance and increase store traffic through effective promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze sell out performance by store and area.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities based on data.
• Coordinate with field teams, including SPG and distribution teams, to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all programs are implemented according to company strategy and standards.
• Monitor campaign budgets and maintain cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
