Wave Earplugs is looking for an Offline Marketing & Strategy Manager to help scale the brand through partnerships, activations, retail presence, collaborations, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how lifestyle brands grow beyond digital marketing and can help create strong offline visibility, strategic collaborations, and brand-driven sales opportunities.
You will work closely with the founder and core team on projects involving:
music festivals & nightlife culture
lifestyle and consumer branding
creator and event collaborations
retail and activation opportunities
offline growth and partnerships
