Citi Global Markets Japan (CGMJ) is seeking a qualified candidate to join its Equity Middle Office organization. This role is focused on performing middle office functions for the Prime Finance, Securities Lending team.

The team provides essential client services and trade support for Japanese securities borrowing and lending activities executed by the front office. We are looking for a candidate with experience in the financial industry and a collaborative mindset, complemented by strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, stakeholders, and external clients.

This position is responsible for the middle office functions of securities lending. It requires close liaison with the Front Office, IT, Finance, and Back Office to ensure trades are processed correctly downstream and settled with external clients.
