Task Responsibilities:

• Handle customer sales inquiries quotations bookings and followups in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare accurate quotes apply pricing guidelines and update offers when shipment conditions change.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams to verify loading feasibility and handle special cargo requirements.
• Manage booking updates check customer documentation and ensure all compliance steps are completed before departure.
• Promote and sell valueadded services while supporting revenue optimization.
• Support customers in using digital sales and booking tools.
• Arrange export trucking with customers and service providers to ensure ontime delivery.
• Ensure proper management of shipment documentation and airwaybill stock.
• Deliver excellent customer service resolve issues proactively and share market insights with the Sales team.
