About the Job
Assist Director, Human Resources in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, supporting with the implementation of the property’s policies, procedure, and overall HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR reports, and system information.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and interview arrangements.
- Coordinate payroll, employee movements, and internal HR communication.
- Support and assist in employee engagement activities, welfare, and benefits administration.
- Build good relationships with employees and provide HR administrative support.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with company policies.
