Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support;
Manage and support day-to-day HCM operations;
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations;
Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support;
Assist with the preparation of HCM reports and analytics as required;
Contribute to HCM process improvement initiatives and participate in other HCM projects as required.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on involvement in ERP system implementation;
