Description We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support day-to-day back-office operations for a client site in Newport Beach, California. This is a Contract position suited for someone who takes pride in delivering reliable copy, mail, scanning, and administrative support in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The role works closely with internal team members and client contacts to keep document handling, distribution, and service requests organized, accurate, and on schedule.
