Position Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within a busy corporate office. Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with catering coordination for corporate training sessions, meetings, and company events
+ Partner with building services, vendors, and suppliers to support office operations
+ Create and manage security badges for new hires and deactivate access for departing employees
+ Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
+ Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail for the corporate office and affiliated teams
