Position Overview
Canon is on the search for an Office Service Representative to provide support to a large, fast-paced organization. This individual will be pivotal in the day-to-day support onsite.
This individual will:
- Manual box β open, print, mail/UPS policies on New, Renewal, Ends., Cxs. Handle special requests (print policies, and ID cards that no longer generate through local print)Do reprints/follow up on requests concerning manual policies that havenβt been received (check archives).
- Local print β read daily report, assemble prints, go into system and do print screen to email to staff member who worked on policy to see if OK to send, shred or if they need to add/delete any pages due to last minute changes, etc. Keep daily log of local print.
- Incoming mail and deliveries β open general mail and distribute, emails to staff regarding specifically addressed mail/packages.
