Position Overview
- Promote and sell school supplies, office furniture, and other related products to walk-in, online, and institutional clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents.
- Verify and validate stores, companies, or clients to ensure transactions are legitimate.
- Conduct actual visits to client stores or offices when needed to confirm business credibility.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Maintain updated client records and sales reports.
- Assist in product display, price updates, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
