Position Overview
**Description:**
You will be the Office Planning Team Lead Project Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Engineering Space Planning team which is responsible for strategically planning and managing office space utilization to support large‑scale programs while staying within facility and budget constraints.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Office Planning Team Lead Project Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end office refurbishment and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with ESH, fire, and security requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Define baseline project requirements with customers, manage change orders, and establish operating budgets.
+ Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance, setting milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans.
