Our client, a manufacturing company based in Edenvale / Isando requires an experienced Office / Operations Administrator to join their team. A minimum of 3 - 5 years similar experience is required.
We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to handle the day-to-day admin of the business and act as the main point of contact for general office matters. The role will involve dealing with customers, suppliers, paperwork, basic stock records, invoices, orders, filing, and general office support

Customer and Sales Admin
- Answer phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages
- Take customer orders and record them accurately
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and basic sales documents
- Follow up with customers where required
- Keep customer details and information updated
