The primary role of a School Counsellor is to work with staff, students, parents, external professionals and community agencies to provide quality school counselling support for students’ mental health and social-emotional development.[What you will be working on]
Provide individual and group counselling to the student population
Conduct case management with stakeholders (staff, parents and external agencies) to extend support for students
Support crisis intervention and management of affected students
Support the counselling
