This is a challenging and busy role, supporting the facility manager with day‑to‑day administration tasks, including payroll processing, recruitment, record keeping, and taking minutes. Preferred candidates will show initiative when dealing with daily queries, will ensure a positive experience for all Radius Care customers who interact with the facility, and will proactively ensure consistent and repeatable customer satisfaction. Previous aged‑care background, and experience in financial administration, payroll systems, and HR systems an advantage.
