Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive, efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs smoothly
+ Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility-related needs
+ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general administrative workflows
+ Support onboarding activities and assist with internal office procedures
+ Supervise front office functions and provide administrative support as needed
+ Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting or expense tracking
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external visitors or partners
