Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring all calculations, deductions, and contributions are accurate and up to date.
β’ Reconcile payroll journal entries, timesheets, and 401(k) contributions for accurate financial reporting.
β’ Collaborate with project managers to review contract terms, prepare customer invoices, process payments, and assist with collections.
β’ Manage employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, and life insurance policies, and coordinate annual renewals.
