- Perform front of house duties such as welcoming visitors and screening and directing phone calls.
- Day‑to‑day running of the office, liaising with suppliers and service providers accordingly (order, receive, check invoices with actuals, manage cleaning company)
- Proactive and extensive diary coordination
- Travel management planning and coordination (multiple schedules and time zones), accommodation, transfers, door‑to‑door itineraries – primarily for one Partner and team members
