Position Overview
Office & Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office and facility operational support services to support smooth office operations through administration of company vehicles, driver coordination, workplace support services, office utilities monitoring, vendor coordination, and outsourced operational support while maintaining service quality and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (S1) in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Facility Support, or related operational functions management
- Good understanding of office operational, workplace services, and building utilities.
- Familiar with company vehicle and driver operational coordination.
- Experience coordinating outsourced services.
- Good coordination and vendor support management capability.
