Position Overview
Responsibilities Oversee daily facilities operations, including routine office inspections to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace, and address staff-raised facilities issues promptly. Handle maintenance needs from branch offices, ensuring repairs and requests are coordinated and resolved in a timely manner. Manage and work closely with the alarm system vendor, overseeing system upkeep, troubleshooting, and improvement works. Coordinate with external contractors for all M&E-related tasks such as electrical work, lighting repairs, and air-conditioning servicing. Source and purchase office furniture, fixtures, and equipment when replacements or new items are required. Manage service providers including cleaning, security, and pest control, ensuring consistent service standards.
