Description
We are looking for an Office & Facilities Assistant to support daily workplace operations for a Contract position based in New Brighton, Minnesota. This role helps maintain an organized, functional environment by coordinating facility activities, supporting meeting spaces, and assisting with maintenance-related processes. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of relevant experience and is comfortable working with computerized systems that track service needs, room readiness, and timekeeping.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day facility support tasks to help keep the site clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Monitor conference room readiness by arranging spaces, checking supplies, and addressing setup needs for meetings and events.
