- Create accurate cost estimates

- Support bid submissions & project documentation



- Civil Engineer (or related field)

- PRC Licensed Engineer

- With at least 2 years experience in bid tendering & cost estimation

- Experienced in government & private project bidding

- Knowledgeable in procurement processes

- Skilled in BOQ, quantity take-offs & cost analysis

- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office

- Estimating software skills? That’s a PLUS!

- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines
