Job Description
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.Sending out contractsOrganise and maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Provide general administrative support to the team and senior staff members.Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
