Position Overview
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Data entry of daily transactions i.e. Record petty cash transactions, office expenses, preparing vouchers & receivables from customer etc
Coordinate accounts works with Hong Kong Head Office.
Provide efficient and effective day to day administrative support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Drafting and typing of documentations as required
Prepare quotations & invoices and follow-up on payment with Clients and Suppliers
Keeping track of office stationery, printing paper and pantry supply for stock replenishment.
Keeping record of office facility/ equipment/ photocopier for service maintenance and renewal.
Maintain a systematic and comprehensive filing system and safe keeping of confidential documents.
Must be able to report to the direct superior upon succession of any tasks accordingly
Perform ad hoc tasks if necessary
