Description
We are looking for an Office Attendant to provide daily support for our Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Clean office, pantry, and restrooms; organize workstations; dispose of waste.
- Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Administrative Support: Photocopy, scan, file, and deliver documents.
- Logistics & Errands: Handle mail, couriers, and purchase/restock office supplies.
- General Assistance: Assist with meeting room setups and other manual tasks as required.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Physical fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks, such as moving furniture or cleaning.
- Reliable, trustworthy, active, and punctual.
- Basic communication skills to interact with staff and visitors.
