Office assistant in Sharjah, UAE. Salary: 1000.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to all departments as needed
- Manage office supplies and order replacements when needed
- Assist in day-to-day operations, such as filing documents, answering phones, and managing databases
- Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents
- Greet and assist visitors in the office
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of modern office practices
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably a third language to work with a diverse workforce
