Job Description
Front Desk & Office Support
• Serve as first point of contact for visitors; maintain a welcoming, professional environment
• Answer and route phone calls and general inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area
Administrative Support
• Provide basic calendar and scheduling support for assigned staff
• Coordinate meetings (scheduling, room reservations, logistics)
• Assist with meeting materials preparation
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
• Assist with invoice processing and general payment support
Operational Support
• Assist with coordination of office activities or small events
• Provide coverage support for other administrative team members as needed
