Key responsibilities Maintain all office expenses Controlling Petty Cash, including office maintenance expenses Domestic Staff remuneration Capturing of site disbursements and all other expenses Control Stationery Maintain Domestic Schedules Labelling and filing of office administration system Collection of office post Booking flights, car rentals and accommodation for staff Managing staff meal orders, payments and collection Arranging refreshments for meetings Assist Marketing manager with tender documents Send parcels locally and internationally AIl other administration duties Requirements Must have experience in Word, Excel, Power Point, Sage Pastel and the rest of the Microsoft suite.
