Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Contract Office Assistant in Faisalabad. As an integral member of our office you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail including sorting, distributing and shipping packages
- Assist with data entry, filing and other general administrative tasks as required
