We’re partnering with a growing organization to find an Office Assistant who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable juggling a mix of front desk, administrative, and accounting support responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
+ Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the office by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
+ Handle general office and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
+ Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, including assistance with AP and AR processes
+ Support the Sales function with order entry, invoicing, and related documentation
+ Help ensure information flows smoothly between departments
