Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
+ Greet visitors and provide general front office support.
+ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and coordinate appointments.
+ Prepare, file and organize documents, records and reports.
+ Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
+ Assist with data entry, scanning, copying and other administrative duties.
+ Support team members with special projects and day-to-day office needs.
+ Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment. Based on general knowledge.
