We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of clerical and customer-facing tasks
Responsibilities:

+ Manage mail, supplies, and office organization
+ Assist with data entry and document preparation
+ Schedule meetings and manage calendars
+ Maintain filing systems and office records
+ Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
+ Order office supplies and support inventory tracking
+ Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
+ Support team projects and day-to-day office workflows
Requirements
+ 1–2 years of office or administrative experience
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Microsoft Office proficiency
