Manage the full renovation and preparation of the office space: coordinate painting, repairs, and any structural improvements Source and procure furniture, equipment, and supplies Research, evaluate, and onboard internet and utility providers Set up workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas according to Just Markets standards Manage all vendor relationships and contracts throughout the setup process Track the setup budget, process vendor invoices, and report expenditures to HQ Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor performance on an ongoing basis Handle onboarding logistics for new employees: workspace preparation, equipment setup, access provisioning Manage HR administrative tasks: document preparation and processing, personnel file maintenance, coordination with HQ on HR procedures using internal HR systems Support compliance with local administrative and operational requirements Identify and resolve ...
