Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Accounting Team and Management
- Assist in HR and recruitment administration, including leave management, onboarding documentation, and work permit applications/renewals
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, delivery orders, and payments accurately and promptly
- Manage daily general administrative functions and office coordination
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Min 1 year experience in relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working Location: Macpherson
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $2800
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
