Job Role: Office Administrator
Contract: Temporary (4–6 weeks)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.84 – £14.00 per hour(DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis to support with daily administrative tasks. Our client is a plant hire company, and this role will involve assisting with general office administration, customer communication, and maintaining internal systems to ensure the smooth running of the hire desk and wider operations.
Roles and Responsibilities- Answering the phone and assisting with customer enquiries
- Managing and responding to customer emails
- Supporting the hire desk with daily operational tasks
- Preparing hire quotes and following up with customers
