We're currently hiring for an Office Administrator on behalf of one of our clients in Jacksonville, FL!
Job Description & Responsibilities:
+ Welcome and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
+ Update the welcome TV for guests and new employees.
+ Direct visitors and deliveries to appropriate personnel.
+ Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages for upper management.
+ Keep the intranet current by posting weekly safety minutes and new hire announcements.
+ Maintain a fully stocked supply inventory and ensure timely restocking.
+ Sort incoming mail and manage outgoing mail for timely delivery.
+ Prepare FedEx labels and ensure packages are sent daily.
+ Assist with onboarding by taking badge photos, creating user profiles, and guiding new hires.
