Pick up and send paper and packages for mailing; Sign and receive office deliveries.
Order office supplies when needed; Take an inventory of supplies to ensure there is enough at any time. Provide President with a weekly list of supplies he needs to order.
Managing of office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, computers, etc.
Set‑up cell phones and email accounts.
Keep cell phone and extension list up-to-date.
Ensure that the office is kept clean, tidy and organized.
