Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Oversee office supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficiently managing procurement processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
