Care Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule live-in care professionals to clients, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate skill matchingManage rotas, start dates, handovers, and cover arrangementsAct as a point of contact for care professionals regarding placements and logisticsLiaise with clients or families as needed regarding scheduling changesCompliance & Personnel Records
