Our client, a global banking organization, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and facilities management within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong experience in office administration, vendor coordination, and operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workplace operations, managing administrative processes, and supporting internal teams.
Candidates who can start on short notice will be preferred.
The Talent
Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration (in a large office set up)
Strong understanding of office management procedures and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
