Personal Assistant/ Team Administrator position with a well-developed business in Abu Dhabi. As a Personal Assistant/ Group Manager, you will support several senior supervisors with their day-to-day management needs.
Responsibilities
- Update spreadsheets and databases
- Reserve visits and prepare travel schedules
- Establish new documents on the system
- Manage billings
- Process expenses
- Maintain manual and computer-based filing systems
- Post duties
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Provide management assistance to a team
- Aid other secretaries when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor or college degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in providing high level secretarial/management assistance to senior management
