+ Serve as the first point of contact—greet visitors and manage incoming calls
+ Handle communications (email, mail, shipping, deliveries)
+ Act as liaison with vendors for office supplies and services
+ Maintain organized filing and resource systems
+ Support bank deposits and general office operations
+ Manage CEO expense reporting and credit card reconciliation
