A secretary/administrative position requiring the candidate to use their own personal laptop, as we cannot provide one.
Strong communication skills in both the local language and English, as the candidate will need to communicate with clients via calls and/or emails.
Willingness to assist with daily errands (e.g., collecting dry cleaning, purchasing household supplies, and similar tasks).
Comfort working from our apartment in Powai, where there is a mixed-gender environment.
Flexibility in task scope, workload, and working hours (target schedule: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM at our location).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems.
We will provide initial training for daily tasks and for the use of any additional platforms such as our CRM.
A high level of precision, neatness, time management, and responsiveness.
